Hello Rio Band families,
As we are making our way to the end of the year, here are the (many) upcoming events in Rio Band:
- Wed, 4/13- Rio’s Open House. We’ll have Jam Sessions in the band room. All are welcome.
- Sat, 4/16- Honors Concert Band participates in the Pacific Western Concert Band Festival @ UOP
- Thu, 4/21- AM performs @ CSUS. 8pm
- Mon, 4/25- Graduation music auditions. Band room @ 3pm
- Wed, 4/27- Smamble Night. 7pm, location TBA
- Fri, 4/29- Spring Concert and awards. ALL students perform. 5-10pm in cafeteria
- Week of Mon, 5/2- Moving from band room to portables.
- Tues, 5/10- Grammy Foundation visits Rio for a career day. Info TBA.
- Wed, 5/18- Rio’s Senior Awards
- Tues, 5/31- Graduation @ Sac Memorial Auditorium. HCB & AM perform
